No cleaning services during my five-day stay!!! The noise from the street was unbearable on the first floor!!! The gym facilities were neglected and unsafe for use!!! Room designs need better storage options!!!

The housekeeping is exceptional, including a turn-down service that adds a lovely touch to the stay.

When I arrived, the PIN I was sent did not work, which caused a bit of frustration and inconvenience.

Entering was super easy with just an access code, and the room was really spacious and squeaky clean! The cozy lounge area and the lovely terrace provided perfect spots to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could be more efficient on hotter days. 😊
